PHX-JAX ARTS & INNOVATION DISTRICT
Cho Ventures is the managing general partner for the PHX-JAX Arts & Innovation District, a catalytic 8+ acre mixed-used neighborhood revitalization project in one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S. Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone in the North Springfield neighbourhood of Jacksonville, Florida, we have our team on the ground surveying the communities needs, collaborating with local residents & artists to determine the best and highest use cases for the roadmap for the Arts & Innovation District.
CLIMATE + INNOVATION HUB
The first climate-forward and aspiring net-zero office, co-working and multi-purpose event space focused on the regenerative futures of culture, community, wellness and sustainability in Miami. This demonstration is a 2-acre, state-of-the-art climate campus, wellness complex and cooperative garden that has been adaptively repurposed from an abandoned warehouse with a 4,500-SF indoor flex space and 15,000-SF outdoor oasis including podcast studio, spa, practitioners lounge, meditation pod and community garden. With Miami at ground zero for the effects of climate change, the Climate + Innovation HUB seeks to foster and accelerate ingenuity to create global solutions and cultivate community resilience in our neighborhood of Little Haiti.
CHOZEN ECO-RETREAT
Settled along the banks of the San Sebastian River amidst a 22,000 acre nature preserve and the most biodiverse lagoon system in the Northern Hemisphere, ChoZen Eco-Retreat & Sanctuary is a true Florida Safari. As a Camp for the Humanity of the Future, we are prototyping participatory co-design & community resilience through indigenous and regenerative practices while becoming a gathering place for local and global change-makers.
